Chris responded to my enquiry very quickly and immediately understood from my very unclear request what would be suitable for our property. He had excellent knowledge of what products would suit our requirements and talked through all of the different options. At no point did so feel that there was any pressure to add any additional products or services. Chris turned up at exactly the time he said he would for the initial quote and to carry out the work. At all times he was friendly and polite and went to great efforts to conceal all of the wires and equipment for the best visual effect. We are really pleased with the quality of the work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services to anyone. He carried out the work at a fair price and even reduced the final bill when it became clear that some of the equipment he had quoted for was not required. We had 3 cameras and a hard drive recorder fitted and he extended the internet to an external building. All work perfectly and with the minimal disruption to decor etc. Highly recommended.
